5. Become familiar will the food and times of meals
6. Read about their values and beliefs

But just being familiar with a country and their day to day life can really help your company establish relationships and trust in other nations. Take the United States for example. We are a huge country with 50 different states. Within each of those states is different counties and cities. Think of all the people and groups and beliefs that we must have. New York is known for some great pizza while barbeque is huge down south. In rural areas trucks are very common automobiles, whereas in cities people prefer more gas efficient, smaller ones. These are all cultural differences that exists right here in the United States.
